Fruit farmers since 1993
FRUTALVOR is a cooperative of fruit growers and a farmers’ Organization, established in the early 1990s. It consists of 25 associated farmers and about 10 additional regional farmers, with a total production area of 500 hectares, which includes new orchards. The cooperative produces around 11,000 tons per year, with short-term growth expected to reach 14,000 tons/year.
We are based in Caldas da Rainha, a well-known fruit-growing region with strong traditions in the production of Rocha Pears and Apples. FRUTALVOR goal is to combine production, quality, and innovation, and to achieve this, we invest in academic research and professional technics.
